Raphaël Gilson
Raphaël built his career across high-growth technology, banking, strategy consulting and private equity. He studied engineering and economics.
At 25, he became Chief of Staff in the Office of the Group CIO of HSBC, who was overseeing one of the world’s largest digital transformations, with a $5 billion annual budget and more than 50,000 people. He later joined BCG’s private equity practice in London, where he was fast-tracked, and the investment team at PSG Equity, a leading B2B SaaS investor with $30 billion in assets under management. His most recent work has included advising leading investors and corporations, including Platinum Equity and Advent International, as well as supporting a multi-billion-dollar merger of an Apollo-backed asset.
His experience spans senior leadership, investing, and consulting, from working directly with a Group CIO and advising C-suite executives to investing in B2B SaaS. He has seen first-hand what separates good from exceptional, both in business and in individual performance.
Today he focuses on three areas:
